VCHS has two types of membership. To receive Full membership you need to agree with the Statement of Faith. By not agreeing with the statement of Faith you are automatically given Associate membership.

Please read the following before agreeing:

Those applying for membership agree to have their names and other particulars published in a
directory that will be distributed to all members of Victoria Christian Home Schoolers.

If you would like to additionally join the Victoria Home Learning Network you can join on their website at: http://www.vhln.org/.

The Victoria Home Learning Network has a membership fee of it's own and it's fees need to be paid to them.

Membership commences from the time the VCHS registrar receives the fees and completed
application form. You will receive an e-mail when your registration is complete.

The fees are $20 for the year or part thereof. Registrations received after May 1st
will count towards the following school year. The VCHS directory goes out several times a year via
email. Please check for discrepancies and notify registrar of any changes needed. Membership
renewal is due by the end of September of each year. Reminders to renew will be sent via the VCHS
email tree.

Fulfillment of requirements for membership will grant you an access to a members only section of the vchs.ca website when it is available.

Benefits of associate membership include:
- address list of all members
- participation on the email tree to send and receive notices of upcoming activities
- access to library resources
- attendance at any of the group’s activities which may include: field trips, curriculum fairs,
seminars, concerts, support group meetings, etc.

Benefits of full membership include:
- ALL benefits of associate membership PLUS:
- voting privileges
- opportunities for leadership (note: By becoming a full member you will not be required to have a leadership position. It does ensure that our leadership team stays accountable to our core beliefs when we require them to have a full membership.)

The registration will not submit unless the following is checked.
